UK NMC CBT Practice 2026: 15 Original Nursing Questions with Rationales

Mini Nurses · Updated 4 November 2026

The NMC CBT for nursing and midwifery has two separately timed parts: Part A contains 15 numeracy questions in 30 minutes; Part B contains 100 clinical questions in 2 hours 30 minutes. This short adult-nursing revision set combines calculations with professional judgement and is not a full-length mock. For clinical questions, identify the immediate risk, choose an action within your competence and consider whether escalation is needed. For calculations, write the units before entering the answer.

Original Mini Nurses practice questions, not recalled examination items or regulator-endorsed materials. These short revision sets do not reproduce full exam length, adaptive scoring or all official question formats. A practice score is not a prediction of an official result. Follow the relevant regulator's current eligibility instructions.
